Chloe got to experience her first ribbon cutting today. Dr. Gregg opened up his family practice in Humble and the Phan family went to show him some love. After the ribbon cutting, Baby Girl had a check up with the doctor. Thanks Dr. Gregg for checkin up on Chloe!
