O' Christmas Tree

Mama decided to get Baby Girl her own special Christmas Tree Chloe-size this year. Chloe loves the lights and can't get enough of what's under the tree either! Her new thing is stickers and she can't get enough of them. It's too cute cause she thinks that the labels on the packages are there only for her amusement.

17 Months

For some reason, Chloe decided to come out of her shell and become a real chatterbox at her 17th month. Mama and Daddy thinks it's cool cause it felt like a light bulb went on and Baby Girl had her "A-HA" moment. Some of Chloe's new words are hello, hi, sticker, more, no and chair. Some new Vietnamese words she started saying this month are ice and booty. Baby Girl also learned the concept of colors like purple, blue and yellow. Besides colors, Chloe also figured out that her loved ones have names! Now she can say Anna, Chase and Cathie. And finally, she's learned to put two words together like Thank you, Ruff Ruff and No More. Baby Girl is growin up so quickly!

Black Friday

Mama took Chloe on a shopping adventure on BLACK FRIDAY! In hopes for a great deal, Mama and the Le ladies (including Peter of course) headed out to shop for Christmas presents at the crack of dawn. Mama was on a shopping high for the rest of the Friday with all of her good deals!

Thanksgiving 2008

Mama and Daddy decided to host the annual Thanksgiving gathering at Dream Dinners this year for both families. The kids loved that cause they had open space to play with. Mama loved it cause there was minimal cleanup! What a win win situation for everyone!

Mama and Baby Girl headed over to meet her new friend Katia today. Chloe did not like the idea of Mama holding another baby. She kept on trying to push Katia away or sit in Mama's lap so that she got all the attention. This was the first sign of jealousy Mama saw in Chloe for other babies and Mama couldn't help but love it just a bit!

Coloring Play Date

Chloe visited her friend Sabine today. She had a blast playing with Sabine and learning the concept of sharing. Mama was so proud to see both playing and coloring together in peace.

Peter's 2nd Birthday

Chloe had a blast attending her Cousin Peter's 2nd birthday party today. Baby Girl couldn't get enough of the slides and gym. Mama loved it cause there enough babysitters to entertain Chloe while Mama chowed down on some McDonald's Happy Meals and cake!

Baby Shower

Mama and Chloe attended Christine's Baby Shower tonight. Mama had fun eating all of the goodies while Baby Girl charmed everyone with her smiles and good nature. After Chloe got her grub on, she decided to venture about the party and found herself a new favorite toy -- a baby stroller! Mama was excited to see that Baby Girl loved it cause Mama's been eyeing something just like that for Chloe for Christmas....but don't tell her!

Cathie's 13th B-day Party

The Phans celebrated Cousin Cathie's 13th birthday today by having a fun day out at Zuma. Daddy let his inner child out by playing games, driving go-carts and squirting water on bumper boats. What a great host Daddy was to all the 13 year olds!

Picture Lady and More!

Chloe had a busy day today. She started it by heading to a park to take Holiday pics with the Picture Lady. At first she had a hard time warming up to the camera, but once the candy was out Baby Girl was all smiles!

After the holiday photo session, the Phans helped Cousin Anna and Auntie Phuong move into their new places. Mama and Daddy love the fact that both family members are so close now cause that means there's more babysitters to choose from!
