Day 369 - Slumber Party

Baby Girl had a great day today. She started her day by playing with all her new birthday toys. Then, one by one she got to spend some special time with some of Mommy's closest friends. And when the night came, she finished off her day with a nice slumber party!

Day 368 - New Ride

Chloe and Cousin Peter spent the day enjoying Baby Girl's new ride compliments of Uncle Giang and Aunt Kerina. Both babies waited patiently while Cousin Cathie assembled the new toy. Once the ride was put together, the party lasted all day!

Day 367 - One!!!

What does a one year old do for her first birthday? She...

Day 366 - First Birthday Party

The Phans celebrated Chloe turning one with family and some close friends today. Baby Girl had a blast swimming in the kiddie pools and eating all of her favorite foods. Mama was just so happy that she was awake for all of her luau themed birthday party!

Day 365 - Girl Power

Chloe was so lucky today. She spent the day with some of Mama's strongest and independent girlfriends. Mama was so happy to see Baby Girl have such wonderful role models around here. Thank you ladies for coming all the way down from Dubai and Dallas to celebrate Chloe's 1st birthday!

Day 364 - Fifty One Weeks Baby!

Week fifty one was a rough one Mama. Baby Girl got sick the week that Daddy left for his training in Dallas. At first her sickness seemed like an ear infection, but the Doctor Lady told Mama otherwise at Chloe's checkup. Baby Girl had something called herpangina, in other words a soar throat gone really bad. She was in so much pain that she couldn't eat or sleep so all Mama could do was offer her her boobies. Good thing the boobies still work!

Even through all this sickness, Baby Girl still managed to learn some new tricks. Chloe learned how to climb up stairs and call out Cha-Cha's name. What a trooper!

Day 363 - Dress Rehearsal

Mama was so excited for Chloe's birthday celebrations that she couldn't help but have a little "dress rehearsal" for Baby Girl. Chloe was so good that she went along with Mama's madness. Check her out in the birthday hat that Grandma Le gave her.

Day 362 - Second Cousins

Second Cousin Anna was nice enough to host a Sneak Peek Party for her work buds today. What's even nicer is that Second Cousin Amy was working too. Chloe had a blast being around her family.

Day 361 - Ice Ice Baby

Why do babies love ice so much? Is it because it melts in their mouths? Or is it because it's crunchy? Either way, Chloe loves her some ice and that's fine with Mama and Daddy. Yet another way to entertain Baby Girl!

Day 360 - Big Girl's PJs

Now that Chloe's struggling during her changes in diaper and clothes, Mama and Daddy have decided to put away the onezies for night time! That's right...Baby Girl has upgraded to big girl's PJs. Now Mama and Daddy love it that they don't have to struggle with buttoning the onezies anymore.

Day 359 - Hoops

Chloe has her own version of playing hoops these days. Once she's done with her bath, she gathers up her bath toys and dunks them one at a time into a baby "hoop."

After helping Daddy pack for his new job, Baby Girl got to take a nice long bath and worked on her hoopin skills right before Daddy left for training. Check out our mini-athlete!

Day 358 - Surprises

Chloe had a big day of surprises. First, she got to spend some time with Uncle Giang. That's extra special since he's always working at the pharmacy these days being a manager and all. Whatever little time he can spend with Chloe makes her giggle with joy.

After a nice day with Uncle Giang and Grandma Le, Baby Girl came home to an even bigger surprise. She got her first birthday present from her God Daddy! As soon as Daddy put the buggy together, the family went out on a ride with Chloe. What a nice way to end the day!

Day 357 - Another Play Date

Mama took Chloe over to visit her friend Sabine on her day off from Dream Dinners. It's always fun for Mama to catch up with Sabine's Mommy while the kiddoes play. A little adult conversation doesn't hurt anyone!

Day 356 - Fifty Weeks Baby!

Chloe became a little more independent on her week fifty. Mama and Daddy are so happy that she learned how to slide off the couch by herself this week. That means that she can go from point A to point B either by crawling, cruising or talking little baby steps all by herself! Now Mama and Daddy can have a little downtime when she wants to be mobile.

Another skill that Baby Girl learned this week was to point to what she wants. It's wonderful because the guessing game of what Chloe wants got much simpler!

Day 355 - Mad Skills

Chloe keeps on impressing Mama and Daddy with all of her flexibility. Mama can't help but hope that Baby Girl will one day be a cheerleader just like Mama was since she is so limber. Chloes's upgraded to using a step stool for her downward dog position. Check out her mad yoga skills today.

Day 354 - Bubbles

Mama let Chloe play with the bubbles today to help her prep for her upcoming first birthday party. As usual, Baby Girl was all smiles and giggles as soon as she figured out how fun the bubbles could be!
