First Pumpkin Patch Outting

Chloe had her first outting to a pumpkin patch at St. Luke's Church today with her cousins Peter, Cathie and Katie. The kids had a blast playing around the fields while Mama and Auntie Phuong ran after them. To everyone's surprise, Cousin Peter showed off his hercules skills by pulling Chloe and Cousin Katie around the pumpkin patch on a wagon. Baby Girl thought it was so cool that she tried to do it herself. Too bad, she couldn't pull anything but the wagon itself!

Just Playin Around

Mama and Auntie Phuong took the cousins to Memorial City Mall today for some play time at the kiddie area. Mama was a little nervous letting Chloe run wild amongst the bid kids, but once Baby Girl showed she was as tough as the older ones Mama couldn't be prouder! At first Chloe just wanted to go up and down the stairs, but after a little hoaxing from Mama Baby Girl decided to go down the swing for the first time by herself. Once she figured out that it was fun, she kept on asking to do it again and again!

Popper

One of Chloe's favorite toys is a classic one that every child should have....the popper. Baby Girl can't seem to get enough of this toy. Whether she's pulling or pushing it she always has a smile on her face. Check out this priceless pic!

Anna's Engagement Dinner

The Phans spent the night celebrating Anna and Chase's engagement by getting their grub and drink on at the original Kim Son downtime. Mama had a blast stuffing her face while Daddy was on baby patrol. Thanks Anna and Chase for giving the Phan family a reason to dress up and to have a night out on the town.

Social Butterfly

Chloe was a social butterfly today. She spent the first half of the day with Mama and her side of the family. After she had some good times with the Le family, Mama and Daddy took her shopping for some new outfits for the fall. Once the shopping commenced, the Phan Family had dinner with Cousins Anna and Amy. Baby Girl had fun practicing her tight roping skills, getting her grub on and showing off her new cheezy smile with her second cousins. Chloe keeps on amazing Mama and Daddy everyday on how much energy she has and her ability to be the hostess with the mostess.

Chuck E. Cheese

Chloe went on her first outting to Chuck E. Cheese with the Bedell family today. She had a blast getting to know Jaelyn and Aaron a little better and experimenting with all the games and kiddie rides. Mama and Robyn had a good time catching up while the kiddoes played. Overall, Baby Girl had a great first time experience at Good 'Ole Chuck E. Cheese!

Celebrations

Today was a day of many celebrations for the Phan family. First, mama and Chloe went to the Picture Lady's baby shower. As a favor to Janelle, Mama was the photographer of the day. Mama enjoyed every bit of it so much that now she wants her own professional camera!

After the baby shower, the Phan family took Anna and Chase out to celebrate their engagement. Daddy enjoyed taking the newly engaged couple on a ride in the new car while Mama enjoyed eating the Hawaiin Steak at Houston's! Overall, the dinner was a win-win situation for all to be had!

Dancing Skills

Mama's been trying to get Baby Girl dancing on video, but everytime she reaches for the camera Chloe decides to stop. Today Chloe decided to show off her new dancing kills so that Mama could videotape it. Check her dancing skills with and without her sippy cup!

In other news, the Phan Family went over to to Cousin Anna's place to celebrate her engagement to her high school sweetheart Chase! Now Chloe will have one year to practice her flower girl skills for the upcoming nuptials. How exciting!

15 Months

There's so many new things to post about Baby Girl at 15 months. Chloe keeps on amazing Mama and Daddy everyday with her new skills. This month, she seemed to grasp the idea of saying no by turning her head from side to side. It's great to see that Baby Girl can communicate her wants and dislikes now. Chloe's also learned how to twist tops off of bottles. Mama realized that when Baby Girl was trying to paint her toe nails with Mama's polish. Now the bottle baby proofing begins! And finally, Baby Girl's learned to point to her head, nose and eyes when asked in Vietnamese and English! Check out her new skills!
